that's an informative way to present ... I think what I like about the spreadsheet forum JudgeWiki presents is that it has the potential reach many thousands of potential co-creators and readers, and since I have not yet found the url for the JudgeWiki spreadsheet activity, I will contemplate this example. Collective intelligence system to rate attractiveness of solutions. The proposal could use more on how solutions would be identified, as well as how the important problems that most need solutions would be identified. Also, the proposal mentions briefly that broad participation could be empowering, but does not address in depth how a system like this would help to change public opinion on the issues of climate change.
