We did also think that your proposal could have used more detail: what specific solar lanterns? What retail outlets? What other sources of funding are you pursuing? What are the other organizations pursuing similar goals, and how are they going about it? In addition, one judge noted that pursuing the program through retail outlets might be difficult where retail infrastructure is less developed.
