The approach may have promise, though it does not look to be an entirely new idea. But the proposal needs more details to demonstrate that sufficient progress has been made with the technology that it is now scalable and economically viable. Is there something distinctive and different in the approach? or has a breakthrough been achieved that proven its viability? The Judges see that the proposal is from a start up company. Can more details be provided on the company's technical and commercial trajectory? Also, the company web site is very professional, but the proposal seemed dashed together quickly; it would be good if the proposal could match the professionalism of the company web site.

There were no revisions to the proposal after initial review, so the issues raised then by the Judges were not addressed.
