For the purposes of this contest, we would like to see a more direct tie to climate adaptation and the specific actions that would enable the broad impacts you describe. We would also like to see all proposal authors anticipate some potential limitations of their approach or other challenges to implementation, then discuss potential strategies for meeting those challenges.
