Dear Francis, Thank you for your submission. Your proposal on storing and transporting excess heat is certainly intriguing. However, in its current form we have decided not to select it as a finalist. We hope that you remain engaged with the CoLab and consider fleshing out the proposal in more detail next year. Our primary advice to you would be to choose a more specific place where this proposal would work so that you can flesh out the actions and impacts more clearly.
