I have vast experience on innovation, human performance, work culture and engagement. My goal is to understand truly what makes us tick and help us all move towards sustainable lifestyle. Recently I have studied sustainable value chains in University of Cambridge. I was one of the founding members of 925- Project (redesigning the office work, 9-to-5), which was executed during the Helsinki 2012 World Design Capital year. I have good insight of human-centered design, project management, innovation implementation and overall start-up company phase. During my career I have been part of the strategic analysis assignments as well as big corporate transformation projects.
