Over 25 years in design and architecture of ICT solutions to complex problems. Graduated from Texas A&M in 1991 and joined the state government of Florida to migrate LOB systems from mainframe to LAN servers to reduce the cost of computing, enhance availability and enable distributed computing.

In 1993, I joined the Agency for Health care administration to build the first ATM secure network between health providers and health regulators to expedite claim processing of digital images and reduce Medicaid fraud and abuse using Artificial Intelligence and neural Networks.

In 2000, I joined Microsoft as a solution architect designing ICT solutions to solve complex problems in the public sectors such as education, healthcare, internal revenue services, energy, etc...

In 2010, I established my own smart telecom and cloud computing companies to solve big data and analytics problems.
