| Interesting approach. There were areas in which I didn't understand what specifically was being proposed and what were the projected outcomes, but I'll try to go over it again and provide more specific feedback. |

| Question: Your pitch is "Policy guidance roadmap for the open governance ecosystem, promoting the development of the city through participation and collaboration". Are you proposing a roadmap to get to an "open governance ecosystem"? Or are you proposing a roadmap that can be implemented once an "open governance ecosystem" is in place?
Question: In the section "What actions do you propose" you say "expanding the open government paradigm is exceptional". I don't understand what you mean. Comment: At the beginning, when I read your title "Ecosystem of open governance: collective intelligence for inclusive development" I thought "she's proposing the use of collective intelligence to create an ecosystem of actors who can implement open governance ... resulting in increased government transparency that will in turn somehow lead to a more circular and sustainable economy". This seemed not only reasonable but it also seemed exciting since my own focus is also using collective intelligence to orchestrate cooperation. So, when I first skimmed through the proposal, I assumed the proposal was trying to say this even though I had trouble understanding the actual message. However, when I took the time to review the proposal in detail, I has a great deal of trouble understanding it due to writing that wasn't precisely worded and that didn't convey your message clearly. Eventually I had to look up the papers you referenced to see what a "Ecosystem of open governance" actually meant. I'm still not clear on how you're proposing this "Ecosystem of open governance" will result in a sustainable and circular economy in Montreal. Reviewing this proposal reminded me about how essential verbal conversation sometimes is when trying to convey ideas. It could be very useful to talk through the main points before writing them down. Of course, the challenge in a contest of this format is providing an incentive to take the time to collaborate in doing so. Any suggestions? Hopefully these comments help. |

| Collaborating would be a pleasure. Let's see whether any of our submissions move forward so we can see if there is anything to collaborate on. |
