Why is this proposal feasible?#

Descriptions of the technical, economic, social, political, or other actions that would be needed for the Actions specified on the "Actions/Impacts" tab to be feasible.

For instance, this section might include:

• descriptions of how a combination of different technologies (such as solar, nuclear, coal, conservation, etc.) would result in the emission reductions specified in the proposal,
• descriptions of regulatory and tax incentives that would lead to these actions, and
• descriptions of the political coalitions that might be mobilized to make these changes.
