Lucia is the C4C program director and has worked in development communications for many years at the World Bank. She has nursed the idea of Connect4Climate from infancy to where it is now. Her vision for C4C is to change the way we communicate by becoming better listeners. To Lucia, you can’t be a good communicator, if you are not a good listener. Hence the emphasis we put on elevating your voices in this campaign.
