Maybe you could elaborate more on how the GHG emissions reducing actions benefit the SMEs that collaborate in the project. And how could it be ensured that the interests of all the SMEs involved are met. I also recommend that you deepen more in the specific actions that could be engaged to favor sustainability.

An interesting idea but the proposal lacks information about relevant impact and projected costs. What percentage of SMEs will willingly contribute to this fund? Lacks a compelling business case.
