Judges'' comments
The Judges felt it could made more clear what types of climate information would be distributed by this ICT, as well as the benefits and usefulness of this proposal. The Judges believed that real-time climate information was relatively accessible in this country already, including predictability of short and long rains in timing. Therefore, they would have liked to better understand what types of information were perceived to be lacking and how this tool would address this.
