Description

Summary

The title of the competition is fuel: carbon contributions. It has been well established that the reason for rising global temperatures is the release of stored carbon inside the earth. Almost all activities that lead to the release of Carbon di oxide are a result of economic activities to provide goods and services. One such activity is transportation. Transportation involves usage of gasoline/diesel/natural gas to get people from one place to another. The reason for this movement may be work, leisure, emergency and many others, While some works require a person to be present at all times during the work timings( like a doctor), some don't. Our solution is to make sure those services which don't need such presence , should implement strategies to prevent workers from coming to the office and rather work from home. Industries like Information technology, software, data science can support this cause. This is because of the bare requirement of infrastructure that they need to work.

The solution consists of two parts:

1. Taking out studies in individual companies to make sure the work force which can be

2.

Till now it has been seen time and again that work from home strategies have not succeeded, an exaple being that of Yahoo.

While there are a number of soft wares present in the market which have the capabilities, none have the capabilities to track the productivity of the workers.

What are the key outcomes and impact of your solution?
