With increasing urban population throughout the world, where more than 70% of the urban population is supposed to live in cities by 2030, our solution should look at cities. Considering the current AQI in both cities and villages in India, more emission air space in rural areas help in the dispersal of emitted carbon. An intervention in cities will help to have a greater impact than in rural areas. Also, solar panels, wind turbines are no local material for any Indian village. Not to miss out the lack of technical expertise in installation in rural areas along with possibility of intricate logistic issues in rural India.
Still a good vision if it can be worked out.

Thanks for your valuable advice, I agree that the AQI is much worse in Indian Metro Cities as compared to Indian rural villages, but our models main focus is to bring clean renewable energy to those villages that are completely off the grid, thus our proposal will not only make these remote areas self sufficient in terms of Energy and Power, but also will reduce and slowly completely remove the dependencies of rural communities on fossil fuels.

Generation of jobs! Secure life platform! Air for good health!
message from Ekta2017 to NeelRay
What about generation of jobs so that people from cities come back to the decision of moving to secure villages with a healthy living possibility! Thank you!

Thanks ekta for your question, we have clearly stated in the proposal that our aim is to provide rural villages with clean renewable energy/power from harnessing locally available natural resources.
Now as there are many villages in India that either do not have electricity at all or have electricity for only 2-3hours a day, so addressing power issues in these villages will in itself solve a lot of problems, bringing clean electricity in these far flung, off-the-grid rural regions will enable the local people to connect with the outside world, increase their standard of living, village youths can leverage all the newly developed technologies, make new developments in their village etc. and the empowerment of these villagers by the virtue of electricity will create employment and jobs.

Please check out Amanzi. http://solvecolab.mit.edu/challenges/2016/fuel-carbon-contributions/c/solution/1329188
I think Amanzi could help create financial resources to implement more CNSV projects. I think CNSV is a great model.
Look forward to your thoughts.
