The Reaction at front of the action.” More detail here would be good: “What actions do you propose?” “With Efficient Systems.” “How much will emissions be reduced or sequestered vs. business as usual levels? Taking Out the Very Old Deficient Systems.” Could you make some impact assessments? Perhaps others can chime in to provide insights. Sorry, this is beyond my knowledge. “What are the proposal’s costs?” “Not Much. Just Design Work.” Wouldn’t there be more costs than this? Manufacturing costs, etc? I took a quick look at the sites that you reference. Looks like you have done a lot of work on this. Are you getting any feedback from other who are experts in this field?
