J Kirk, I'm preparing to electrify my bike in preparation for move from (flat) Oak Park, IL to (hilly) Cuenca, Ecuador, probably Jan 2015 if not sooner. I'd like to collaborate with you on this proposal. My overall agenda for electric retrofit is to generate a manual suitable for bike shops how to retrofit bikes, then repair/maintain the bike, AND provide customer-centric guidance on selecting an electric bike or retrofit kit. Let me know a bit more about your objective with this proposal.
