This is wonderful work proposed. While you have proposed all group of scuba divers taking pictures, videos what you should also think is plan for galleries during community festivals, schools, colleges and if possible during the global climate negotiation events like COP meetings.
You can also approach televisions channels like NatGeo to cover your awareness campaigns.
One more proposition is to start you Youtube channel.
Also consider to be on TEDtalk if possible.
