I like your concept around collective action. Do you have a list of steps that communities could take to mitigate and adapt to climate change? What specifically does it mean for people to be united in the same cause of protecting the environment? Are there criteria and actions that can be articulated that would lead to adapting to a changing climate? Thanks for submitting your proposal.
