capture/create/control and dissipate hurricanes via controlling start of eye wall, making thunderstorms to cool the earth/provide water :P

Summary
control earth's temperature
capture thunderstorms and drain into flood control channels (what i call my tornado killer - new from last year, there's more i haven't written down, hopefully i'll remember everything like my method to generate power from the hurricane that i'm controlling which is why i do not care how it's powered 'cause that'll change to my method -- peeps can barely understand controlling the creation/start of the eye wall -- one thing at a time)
transfer water in channels to heating or cooling ponds
use the hot/cold water to irrigate crops keeping them cooler/hotter for longer
use the channels to transfer cargo/people around the world and create more for local/daily travel as well as store excess energy from power plants and distribute along the route
extend the channels out to increase benefits to more farmland
use the hurricane structures as a platform for also planting forests of seaweed in the oceans, since ocean fertilization studies state that it works i'll keep it in the plans for the structures to do it in the wake of the thunderstorms, do steel manufacturing on the structures as well as finish building the structure using the steel manufacturing on the structure and generating the next structures(it'll add to the convection cycle and remove some steel manufacturing from cities), provide humanitarian aid and more
thicken the ice cap before more methane comes out
figure out how and implement method to temporarily at least reduce flow of water through bering sea
fully fund all projects to increase thickening the ice cap
make clouds in between the arctic ocean and the sun
to increase food supply to feed over 20 billion use the moon/mars/asteroid installations to grow food to feed over a trillion if necessary and/or use a backup source of food for people and animals in case of asteroid/super volcano/other
