The judges have provided the following feedback for your consideration:
- This has very large infrastructure costs
- Interesting proposition - but we have moved away from overhead water tanks and underground sewage storage.
- It is well known that pipe transport is more feasible and efficient for fluid.
- Did not stick to the format provided
