- maintaining coherence and compactness in Debate summaries,
- recognizing contributions from the Discussions that warrant promotion to a Debate summary,
- ensuring that posts conform with CoLab philosophy and principles,
- incorporating input from Expert Council members,
- incorporating other information available on the web and elsewhere.
