How can greenhouse gas emissions from the industrial sector be reduced?

After review of the entries, the Judges in the Industrial efficiency contest have chosen not to award any finalists or winners. While the entries presented interesting ideas, the Judges deemed the challenges associated with implementing those ideas as being too great to warrant further development of the proposals.

Nearly all studies over the past decade agree that energy efficiency is the primary tool to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, including for the industry sector. The International Energy Agency estimates that to meet global GHG reduction goals by 2050, a full quarter of all reductions need to come from the industrial sector. All industries, from small companies to energy intensive multinationals, have the potential to make significant contributions to these goals. This contest seeks creative, practical ideas for increasing industrial efficiency. See more…

Minimizing 40 to 60% of a company’s footprint through better monitoring and control of its upstream supply chain
As advances in technology have progressed, could there be at least one idea that was overlooked in the past ?
Low pressure steam is wasted in most of industrial plants. The condensing system needs electricity. Proposed method needs zero energy.
How much Natural Gas Energy is being Wasted? Blown up chimneys across the country is a lot of HOT WASTED ENERGY! This has to be stopped!
Create a new stock exchange for companies seeking to be climate leaders and impact investors looking for reliable performance metrics.
I have given this to the world, help me get lab tests to prove it.
High-Efficiency Filters Help Reduce GHG.
Climatic change has been discussed over two decade in recent past,in which industries have contributed much to this problem due to emission
