Focus on lost ecosystems of urban development . (Climate Colab ,I need Global option for my impact , regions option is not enough)

Summary
To build a building on an area which grow grass , bush , tree we have to destroy the plants . After finishing , we never replant the same kind of these destroyed plants AT OTHERS PLACES . In reality , the environmental standard , LEED current version of all the countries on the world never force us to grow these plants again at others places . We can get LEED certificate of Green Buildings , ISO 14000 - Environmental Management certificate , industry certificate , agriculture certificate , or meet US EPA environmental standards even we never replant destroyed plants . Our environmental standards were wrong , only focus on air , water , energy & forget destroyed plants , no nature conservation , no sustainability ( but in their minds , they misunderstand that they're protecting environment ) . Our policies about replant destroyed plants or reforestation , the accuracy can’t reach to each house , bridge , police station ,………. or positions of constructions have LEED , ISO 14000 certificate ,…… , NO NATURES CONSERVATION , no sustainability . If we solve this issue globally by planting destroyed plants , may be we can solve Climate Change , pls sign to stop this issue . How bad the wrong environmental standards damage our countries :
When CO2 sequestration > CO2 emission at the Earth , after finishing all CO2 of Earth , it begin to decrease CO2 of atmosphere =>solve climate change . CO2 sequestration ability of lost ecosystems here are very important .Destroyed plants are our environment . We create environmental laws , green standards like ISO 14000 , LEED of Green Building to protect environment . If environmental laws , green standards never force us to replant destroyed plants so when people have these certificate , they misunderstand about protecting environment

What actions do you propose?
THIS IS THE FINAL TIME I TRY WITH MIT CLIMATE COLAB CONTESTS , BECAUSE NONE OF THE JUDGES REALLY FOCUS ON THIS GLOBAL HUGE ISSUE . 80 JUDGES OF 2014 MIT 18 CONTESTS , AND 10 JUDGES OF 2015 MIT , NO ONE INTEND TO DO SOMETHING . THE WORLD NEED TO REALIZE THEIR GREEN , ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARDS WERE WRONG . THE WORLD NEED TO REALIZE THIS ISSUE , NOT ME , I TRIED ALL THE WAY I CAN , IT'S ENOUGH SORROW , TIRED .
The world need to replanting destroyed plants and focus on CO2 sequestration ability of new plants .

Using native plants or not belong 2 CO2 sequestration of native plants
Ex : We have to replant destroyed plants of a country . This countries have 1 million positions of destroyed plants . We plant plants at others places of 1 million position . If CO2 sequestration of replanted plants IN 18 YEARS - from young plants to mature plants = or bigger ( the best ) than CO2 sequestration in 18 years of destroyed plants - most of destroyed plants are mature plants + ( add with ) CO2 emission of buildings + ( add with ) CO2 emission of cars ( if 1 house have 1 cars ), so we can confirm the replanting process is successful . We can check the list with 1 millions V character . If CO2 sequestration of plants bigger than CO2 emission of this country , after absorb all CO2 emission of this country , plants of this country begin 2 absorb CO2 of atmosphere => decrease CO2 of atmosphere . Plants also soak water too => decrease sea level too
If CO2 sequestration of replanted plants IN 18 YEARS - from young plants to mature plants < than CO2 sequestration in 18 years of destroyed plants - most of destroyed plants are mature , native plants + ( add with ) CO2 emission of buildings + ( add with ) CO2 emission of cars ( if 1 house have 1 cars ) , so the replanting destroyed plants is a failure . If we exploit 1 tree than replant 1 tree , we decrease Co2 sequestration of our country because our mind only replant forest area = exploited forest area , and never archive this thing .
We need a serious conversation about which plant can we choose , if you want native plants , I want my CO2 sequestration standards because in my opinion , we can have both .

Dear Judges :
2014 I joined all MIT Climate Colab contests just for warning people about this issue ,environmental standards , environmental certificates were wrong , only focus on air , water , energy & forget destroyed plants , sadly I lost 18 contests of Climate Colab ( include Green Building & Building contests ) . Can judges help me , talk , write about this issue on your website or have a conversation with environmental agencies , Green Building Council , ISO organization , ....... They need to realize this issue . I work with this issue in 3 or 4 years but couldn't solve it because I’m alone . I need a help . Our policies about replant destroyed plants or reforestation , the accuracy can’t reach to each house , bridge , police station ,or positions of constructions have LEED , ISO 14000 certificate , NO NATURES CONSERVATION but meet environmental standards . I’m tired , sad & cried . Even I have a petition , but only have some signatures . Petitions can have hundreds thousand signatures which can change something because TV channel , newspaper ,….. write about it so people know it & SIGN , but no one support me even I wrote to newspapers & told them this issue . Many newspaper have articles about green building , I wrote to them about this issue but no one reply me . Do you feel sad when next year I have to come back and join the contests again just for warning people , because no one help, write about it . I DON’T WANT TO WIN , I ONLY WANT TO WARN PEOPLE ,SOMETHING , at least pls help me write about how wrong Green Building & ISO 14000 are . Now is 2015 & I wonder until I die , can I find a scientist help me write about this issue , I don't know . THANK YOU
