Professionally, I am an actuary, risk manager, capital modeler and strategist. Personally, I am focused on the question of "how to inspire and equip people for inclusive thinking and action in their own communities and lives." Pljom stands for passion leverage: join overlapping missions -and I am gestating a website for facilitating this. Towards this I have studying and participating in dialog, researching online community governance, and exploring knowledge management concepts. Recently, I gained some interesting insights in the human context of environmental issues through an extended dialog and here I am trying to leverage it all.
