I am pursuing my PhD studies at the School of Computing and Informatics under the theme of ICT4D from the University of Nairobi.  Specifically my study explores, how we can link climate information to livelihood strategies through Information communication technologies among rural women in Kitui County. I also work in the ICT centre at the University of Nairobi as an ICT maintenance Engineer. My passion is to come with innovative ideas on how we can employ ICT tools in the Climate Change discourse and how we can help the rural women who are most vulnerable to the effects of climate change due too factors such as lack of land, finances, education, and social mobility.
