I have an idea for your competition about climate change, but I`m having great difficulty submitting it as I don`t use social media.

I was given your details by someone who is a specialist in this field, because they think you may be able to try it.

If it works as well as I think it might, it could increase available fresh water massively, without new boreholes,etc.

So please can you give me either someone to email, or access to your competition.This may give the idea a platform to be tried, even if not by you.
