Description
Summary
Campting out in the 50s in eastern Oregon I learned you can boil water in a paper cup or glass put in a campfire. Water absorbs a tremendous amount of heat, more than carbon. The carbon helps the atmosphere to hold more heat. At feasible locations, such as at the equator, have solar blimps in the air extracting water. Have trains of blimps with solar engines sailing to locations in need of water for plant life to combat hunger. Have the World Bank, which is supposedly created to combat world poverty, be financially in charge. It contract out to sell water and distribute stocks and dividends to members of a Common Cause Society For Climate Change.
